Hey Occulties,

So, since I don't charge for consult, I've had the last request I've taken (you've been responded to,) to wait for your payment on x day (generally more than a week away in several cases, more like 2 weeks in a few,) for a very, very, very long time. Yes, I don't start work until I'm paid, but if you and I are emailing back and forth, you're taking up my time, and if I know you? I trust you enough to wait... But this is coming from some new clients, so...

If you're going to want work, be ready to pay for it when you request it from me, OR tell me in the opening of the email that I have to wait for several days for you to save up, and i'll just send you a one line or two line price quote, and if I hear from you again around the time you want to pay, we can discuss the work.

Why? Listen, I have $15 in my account. This means my restock ability is nil. If I get paid a lot on one day, then there is a chance I'll run out of materials to work with, and everything with me gets screwed up. Its also more difficult for me to have to go through all of your previous communicae (how many recon requests do you think I get, lol,) to refamiliarize with your spell-plan and your situation.

I appreciate that the economy is insidiously sour, but at this time, there is NO LAY-AWAY at my business anymore. I can't pay my bills with your promises (or my promises you'll pay for that matter,) so please respect that everything I do is costing me money, and I do have to pay the people I owe promptly...which requires prompt payment on the part of the client.

If this doesn't change, consults will no longer be free.

I figured since a lot of Frater Dantalion (let's know him as Effy D,) victims have checked out my story of Cat VS The Nut, I would share this with you all.

Alright, Effy D, its Poopster talking here.... Please, please, please exercise some common sense and RUN, EFFY D, RUN!! Its not the Goetic entities, or disembodied spirits or even minions of hell attacking you that you need fear - its those ladies and gents with badges who are coming for you. Seriously, Oswald, Poopster knows - she knows your every move cuz this is one of the most read areas of my blog, and people seek you out to see if they can find new news on you to send me to keep this going. This is 1/20th of what I hear about, if that. I am actually being nice to you and not saying most of what I know!

I'll give you that you are much more famous than me, though you are infamous. You're famous in the worst way possible. Bald-crazy-Britney-Spear's-type famous is not good.

You could always take down all of the false statements you made about me that fall all over themselves. I can't understand how me, a respected author with not one public complaint about me for five years of business suddenly has some posts about her all suspiciously sounding like the same person slamming her is something you think people actually think is legit.

I'd say I'd back down when you refute all your statements, but at this point everything I'm gonna do is already done, and happening all around you. You were warned.

Enough, dude, at this point, I feel so bad for you. I'm pretty sure even I'm done mocking what you're doing to yourself, despite my disgust at the things your cheated clients and former victims keep coming to tell me The shadenfruede isn't so satisfying anymore. I pity you for being this pathetic. You aren't even good at being evil. :S

Effy D, Oswald, or whatever you want to be called today, you need help.

Unless you outright keep attacking me, I guess I have nothing more to say, because I think its wrong to attack mentally ill people, and you so obviously are crazy.

The next email obviously has slightly changed, if you notice "Poopster" was sent with much more brief full headers. Of course he must have changed them when I CC'd the prior email I sent over to my local police department to him, so the "Poopster" email of course needed to be a bit different, I guess.

Alright... I took care of the bad man on the interwebs.

For those of you I've bothered about the bad man...I apologize. He's all taken care of and doesn't know it yet. :) I'm sorry to have given you some trouble when I didn't have to stay up emailing people late. Oh my... I am good with the phone, my altars, and the internet. :D Not YouTube though...still don't have a video camera or a YouTube account so I can't be the master of everything.

Yes, fellow spellcasters, I do realize he's one in a million who post tripe just to make themselves sound important. I am pretty litigious. Sorry again to bother you. Many of you thanked me for the heads up, and please know, I am the person who will tell you if someone is saying something about you...even if we never met. You have the right to confront your attacker.

And thanks everyone. If you have a problem with him, you let me know. The information I needed is mine now. We got everyone working on it. I was told the attorney general of the United States is apparently after him...so... good.

And my yesterday's problem...not really a problem for me anymore. :)

Open Letter Part II

Dearest Frater Dantalion:

Thank you for updating your "scam" of Calastrology. They have been online since the nineties and offering the same services. Glad you liked my letter alerting you of that and you changed it. See, I tell the truth, you twist it.

I have never been a member on YouTube. We can prove it. We checked.

Furthermore, I don't know you. I have had enough. I asked you to act like a big boy, and to tell me your problems with me.

You instead published more lies. The whole site has been PDF'd and Photoed. Twice. We're cataloging the changes. Please tell me to send the legal papers, though we have the WHOIS. We will be calling you in a few days with a summons. Its not a joke.

You may post a letter of retraction (what was it you were saying about honest practitioners getting slammed by others...why isn't that fucking ironic, - its what you're doing to me,) and a letter of apology to this lovely woman here writing this, who is a stranger to you. I tried to be nice... Why you got to play mean?

If someone was posing as me on YouTube, show me. I will make hamburger out of their ass, not yours.

I also photoed and PDF'd my records where you went through my blog, and all of my spells and spent a lot of time copying my recipies down! We have every move you've made!

Dearest Frater Dantalion,

I do not have a YouTube account (not one I know of at least, which means I never made one,) nor have I ever had contact with you at this writing. I don't know why you feel I've caused you hurt or pain or said you're a scammer (never heard of you,) but could you please politely remove my name from #40 scammer on your list? Cuz, I don't know who the ROR is, and I'm not trying to defame you.

If you kindly look at my sites (this one and originalninjacat.com which you're defaming, slandering, and lying about,) you may notice I never mention you til now. ;)

Please either contact me as I have kindly requested you do so, or respond and tell me what exactly you are speaking of. I've already copied your entire "scam sheet," and it is now nicely frozen in time for all the practitioners who may wish to contact me, as well as my lawyer, and anyone you may say anything to.

I think it would be a better idea if you and I spoke on what your issue is with me, so we can get to the bottom of this like adults. Having never met you, known of you, or even given a damn what you were doing until I kept getting email about what you had said about me, I feel perhaps its time we spoke like adults.

While I've never said you were a scammer (I did say people who post scammer lists are generally scammers, but I didn't know of your site or you when I said that, haha,) nor have I ever openly attacked you or acted in any way against you to my knowledge, you apparently feel that I have. I would like to resolve this confusion.

I do enjoy the Goetia. Dantalion is a difficult spirit to work with. I would love to discuss the Goetia with you. :) Thank you for taking time out of your day to discuss your problems with me.

See, I don't make accusations against those I've never met! :) I have, however, been victimized by people who have never met me and attack me because I would not take on their case, because they were jealous of my Cat's Rants site, or for whatever reason. If such is the case here, do let me know. I have more time on my hands as I am writing a book to be published soon and have been taking on less cases. Why I'm SOOOOOO SLOOOOW recently.

Hi my dear occulties,

While most of the month of January was very good for me, we recently got a very bad diagnosis on the health of my maternal grandmother, who they believe has ALS of the spine. Please be patient with me during this time. I am comforting family and of course preparing to say goodbye to a loved one...so, its going to be rough for a week or two while the diagnosis is emotionally accepted by my family.

New England Ice Storm/Power Outage ~ Pictures May Take Awhile to Load

Here are my pictures of this incedent. Several of my friends still have no electric, heat, or water...I was out for almost four days. :P But enjoy!

This picture is facing you the right way. The icicles on the tearose bush were actually frozen like that to the left due to wind!

The whole world looked like it was covered in glass. Pretty, but also miserably freaking cold without any way to turn the furnace on.

So, if you've been wondering where I've been for the last four days, there 'tis.

PS- Yes, I did erase the previous post which stated that PSNH has failed to take care of this situation and shown their true colors. They have sat around with their thumbs up their arses for days. I did not see ONE PSNH (Public Service of New Hampshire, - the electric co. here,) truck for over three days, and I live in a town with a hospital in it. They did everything half-assed and messed up the entire restoration. Such ineptitude has not been seen in so long as to make this without precident...that's how ridiculous it is. However, the Union Leader and other local papers show comments from residents of NH echoing my statements repeatedly, and many from more populous areas, so I removed much of my open letter to let other NH residents express themselves. I will say this... Ten years ago, we had an ice storm 10 times as bad, with damage several times more severe. The ice was literally so thick it was hard to see the branches, and NOT because of glare. PSNH reacted immediately and did a good job restoring MOST people's power except those waaaay out in the hills. The roads weren't clear or safe, but trucks came anyhow. But this year? This ice storm? I live right in town, and there was NO ELECTRIC TRUCKS ANYWHERE FOR MORE THAN THREE DAYS IN VERY COLD, WELL-BELOW-FREEZING-TEMPS WEATHER. The roads were clear, fine, very passable and very safe. All down lines were marked. There was no ice on the road, and no excuses for them not to drive on it (we all did to stay warm in the car, actually.) There was no shelter except what you could pay for. Many of my friends are still without heat, power, or water. I saw cable trucks before I saw electric trucks. It was ABSURD. This time they just sat there and said "Oh, sorry, we are trying to fix stuff we think," and did nothing. I removed the larger part of my open letter to them because you need not hear me cuss so much. ;) They still suck, and I still recommend anyone associated with the company to disassociate from them since if you read the news, watch the news, or listen to the news, several people are starting to harbor violent attitudes towards the company due to their painfully inept "rescue" efforts where no one did anything until perhaps today. Millions of dollars of damage, people dying...great job PSNH. :P
